These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, courses and 1:1 sessions offered by Mindful Motion Yoga and Breathwork. By booking or attending a session, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & payment
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or agreed booking method
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand that life happens and aim to be fair and flexible where possible.
Classes & group sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time to receive a credit or refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
1:1 sessions:
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full.
Workshops & courses:
These are usually non-refundable, but transfers may be offered at our discretion.
If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
Health, wellbeing & responsibility
Yoga and breathwork are personal practices and each individual’s experience is unique.
By attending a session, you confirm that:
You are responsible for listening to your body and practicing within your limits
You will inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or mental health considerations that may affect your participation
You understand that sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment
If you are unsure whether a session is suitable, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
Breathwork-specific guidance
Breathwork can be powerful and may bring up physical or emotional responses.
Participation is always optional, and you are encouraged to:
Take breaks when needed
Modify or stop a practice at any time
Choose rest over intensity
Your wellbeing and sense of safety come first.
Consent & participation
By attending, you agree to participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your experience.
You may opt out of any practice at any time without explanation.
Personal belongings
Please keep your belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.
Online sessions
For online offerings:
You are responsible for your internet connection and device
Refunds cannot be offered for technical issues outside our control
Intellectual property
All class content, recordings, sequences and materials remain the intellectual property of Mindful Motion Yoga and Breathwork and may not be recorded, shared or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Motion Yoga and Breathwork is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in sessions or use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
