About Kate

I’m a 500-hour trained yoga teacher certified breath-work coach. I have over 7 years of teaching experience and specialise in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre & Postnatal yoga.

Through movement and breath, I guide students to build strength and mobility, create space in both body and mind and find moments of stillness and deep rest. My breath-work practices are integrated into yoga and daily life, supporting balance in the nervous system and cultivating a greater sense of ease and resilience.

At the heart of my teaching is a simple aim: to offer a safe, supportive space where you can connect with yourself, restore your energy, and feel more at home in your body.

Yoga Classes

I teach at 2 locations regularly across Oxfordshire. I also offer 1:1/1:2 provide sessions and private group sessions/corporate sessions. 

Breath-Work Sessions

Learn techniques that enhance relaxation and mindfulness.
